(5) Regional Fundraising Teams with representative numbers of alumni Role: Oversees a regional-based fundraising team and local activities. Meets regularly with class officers and reunion committees where needed
Registration Role: Works on the execution of an online registration system and the planning of on-campus registration activities
Promotion/Publicity Role: Works alongside Kent White (Communications) to design a social media marketing plan and publish communications across various media vehicles
Photography Role: Responsible for photography-based activities. Logistics for class photo, reunion photographs and postings
Hospitality Role: Responsible for selecting menus and food services at hotel. Responsible for arranging for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage at events (e.g. Bar tending services). Hosting of all reunion class activities (e.g. Friday night Welcome event & Saturday Cookout)
Entertainment Role: Help identify, book and manage DJ’s and other entertainment resources
Souvenir Role: Responsible for selecting and purchasing class souvenirs and keepsakes
Memorial Service Role: Responsible for coordinating the class memorial service and recognizing deceased members of the class
Sunday Worship Service Role: Responsible for Sunday Worship Service logistics
